Ever notice that your thoughts only present in 2 ways, Images and dialogue? “Hey yeah!”…you say. Images are what you see in your mind as a still photo or a movie. Dialogue is what you say to your self or remember others saying to you, the minds audio so to speak (pardon the pun [Symbol]). This can be in the form of the Inner Critic.

NLP’s magic works by changing the images and audio in your mind to change how you think, “Change your mind, change your life”, said someone brilliant. With NLP we can reprogram the limiting stuff in your thoughts into the positive stuff you have asked for and we DELIBERATELY program it in there! BOOM!

So, you’ve tried again and again to make permanent changes, only to fall back into the same old actions and thoughts? I hear you! You’ve tried so many different things yet nothing seems to stick for very long. You’ve done programs, read books, learnt everything you need to know about getting the change you want, spent time and money, determination and commitment are your middle names, however…Hard work and determination is NOT the answer…re-programing your unconscious mind IS!

Your unconscious mind is responsible for your reactions, thoughts, feelings, behaviors and habits. It’s running the whole show whether you like it or not, it’s your default setting. You can consciously work your butt off to develop new habits of thought and behaviour and notice some improvements and change, but guess what? IT DOESN’T LAST!!! AAARRRGGGHHH! The only way to make it permanent is to re-wire the brain by embedding new positive awesome beliefs deeply in the unconscious mind.
